Run, jog or walk! This is an exciting introduction to orienteering, with several courses for runners, newcomers and families of all ages and abilities. No experience necessary; come and give it a go!

New to orienteering? It's a race with no set route - you have to find your own way around the course, using a detailed orienteering map of the parkland to find a series of checkpoints. Run, jog or just go at your own pace, there'll be courses for all ages and abilities - including runners, families and children. Electronic chip timing is used (we'll lend you a timing chip to register each checkpoint).

Just turn up and enter on the day, any time between 10:30 and 12:00. Courses close at 1pm and normally take 30 to 75 mins to complete (they will range from around 1.5km to 5km long). Help and guidance will be available for newcomers. For more info please visit our website at www.tvoc.org.uk, see our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/tvoclub or email us: publicity@tvoc.org.uk
