A typical thread on the forum

Runs like this:
A)Someone asks relevant question about local topic.
Others deride the question, insult the poster and tell them to look on google.
OR:
B) Thread is started with pointless swearing.
This is followed by more pointless filth.
OR:
C) thinks their inane chit chat is interesting and posts a conversational message.
People reply in similar style.
Original poster thinks they are becoming famous: akin to a hospital radio DJ, they post on and on...
OR:
D) Useful information on local events or question is posted.
People reply with relevant information and add to everyone's local knowledge.
Opinions are shared and polite discussion takes place.
Unfortunately the latter doesn't happen enough!
So , may I suggest, that users only reply to D type posts?
